Heather Erickson

Heather is a Certified Sleep Consultant who comes from a place of experience. Facing adversity in building their family, she and her partner luckily overcame these obstacles. In a unique circumstance, Heather is now a mom of two active toddlers, who are practically half a year apart. She is kept on her toes and has previously battled sleep deprivation along with its not so fun effects.

A good night’s sleep helps this mom keep the patience, persistence and playfulness needed for her two little bundles of energy. Knowing firsthand how quickly and significantly SleepWell Baby turns family’s lives around, Heather is someone who can feel your agony and guide you right out of it. She and her husband realized quickly, when everyone has had more sleep, the change feels absolutely monumental! This sleep consultant knows it works and has a desire to get parents some well-deserved sleep.

After earning a bachelor degree in the human services field, Heather has had the opportunity to work with children and families in the role of school counselor, parent group facilitator and college career counselor. Aspiring to enrich the lives of children and families, she has been a coach and has also volunteered for the Red Cross.

With a strong belief that parenting is both one of THE toughest and MOST important jobs there is, helping families sleep is a natural fit for Heather. We are all trying to do our best. This consultant is genuinely dedicated to making the road a lot less bumpy for families. Her great passion is to coach you, show you the way to better rest and cheer you on as you go!
